Involve China 2016 IBM Design Thinking Workshop was successfully held at SFC on April 9. Designers from IBM Design joined the workshop together with Tongji students to help potential competitors of Involve China 2016 renew their thinking model, open their mind and stimulate their inspirations.
In the workshop, designers and students experienced the whole process of Design Thinking from the beginning with brainstorming to the final presentation of their ideas. First of all, all the participants were divided into groups to brainstorm, writing down their ideas with key words. After that, every group ranked all their ideas and integrated one realizable project. Then they gave the project a scenario, and drew up the brief storyboard to present to others. In the final stage of the workshop, each group summarized their achievements. Designers from IBM Design answered some remaining questions on design thinking and reviewed the design thinking methods with students.
IBM Design Thinking Workshop came to the end in a relaxing and pleasant atmosphere. We do believe this workshop could benefit competitors in Involve China 2016 with some inspirations.
